Pictorial reflections aside, they are eyes that see you ... For my part (matter of taste) have defined under the nose.
On the other hand the artist avoids monotony by using different colors for each eye and right and left of the paper, creating in the spectator different and conflicting emotions that relate to hot and cold colors used in each case.
I do not agree on the need for a lock of hair, or anything that distracts from the essential strength of the eyes that you see each different.
Honestly, I do not like too the use of charcoal around casual spots around the eyes, because it lacks spontaneity, but I seem very appropriate curves under the eyelids, because they add a veil of mystery to the look.

First of all, BIG IMPACT ON THE VIEWER this is an amazing piece which truly belong somewhere it will be noticed, NOT JUST on the internet the thing that gives the biggest impact I believe is the eyes they are truly amazing like they have a lie of their own and the shading here and there is amazing as well at that you've pulled of using charcoal which sometimes can be hard to use the only thing I'd try to work on a little more is perhaps add a tuft of hair over the eye or something along those lines because if you're eyes are this detailed then adding hair may give it an extra punch I also love how you've used the stains around the eyes, Well Done, this is wonderful piece!
