Since Rex and Elsa had their own experimental experience and had been turned into quite the celebrities as living parade balloons, Dweeb the Parasaur after being employed as a Hot Dog vendor to serve humans decides to have a bit of a break, and managing to take a glimpse at what the two mentioned friends had become, He'd reckon he'd join the party as well, asking them for directions for whoever this man was that caused this peculiar effect.

With Woog being elsewhere, which was a shame since the Dinosaur wanted to bring him along, Dweeb would finally reach the destination that his two buddies told him, being greeted warmly by the strange experimentalist. With an explanation with the aid of the hearty elderly captain Neweyes and alien assistant Vorb, Whatever changed Rex and Elsa was now administered willingly to the big prehistoric uplifted lizard, kickstarting the rubberization of his scales which instantly began to become reflective right away, rough scales starting to become either painted on, smoothed out or just a simplified color as seams ran down like those being drawn on a map, holding the rubber together as the weight scale that displayed Dweeb's wait was starting to gradually trickle down.

Whatever membrane on his crest would also begin to turn into a floppy sheet of rubber, bendable in a way to make sure it didn't restrict movement to the head at all for the upcoming changes.

Dweeb's once scaly now smooth hide began to become more apparent as the features such as claws, toes and any sort of sharp appendage began to become more blunt and bloated, with air starting to flow over it was inevitable that they would lose whatever sharpness the corners had as his already pear-shaped belly began to inflate and broaden slightly out. While that was going on, his skeleton along with his organs and nervous system began to harmlessly disintegrate into nothing but invisible, magical air, magical in that it was keeping his lifeforce and personality intact, despite not having a structure or system meant for motor control, Dweeb discovered he could move his limbs just fine, clenching his claws curiously as his weight was now dramatically lower than ever before! Though the insides of his mouth were spared, the weren't spared from the rubberization as they became shiny and seamed just like the rest, leading to some pocket dimensional anatomy inside, his Buck teeth also glistening with glossy PVC.

Some of his features like eyes especially became mere decals, fused with the body to become flat artwork, despite that, his vision remained untainted from it. But now as his new hollowed out body began making its final stretch, with many indents, creases and noises of creaking and squeaking now ringing out with many of his movements, A loud pop emanated from his naval area, A Valve! A necessity for inflatables to both expel and fuel up with any sort of gases or air to upkeep the form to prevent it collapsing into a blanket of living rubber. As that happened, a patch was then plastered onto his right thigh, meant for instructions but...somehow, instead it read just three methods of what he could be done, listed "Overinflate!" "Pop Me!" and "Hug me!" The former two were kind of bewildering to the sapient dinosaur and the two humans, but the third was definitely one that the children visiting the museum would like to do when they see and get used to Dweebs new form...which concluded with hard plastic handles popping out just out the rear of his thighs, painted a factory grade gray.

The metamorphosis was now over. Dweeb would stand tall and amused as he looked down at his new form, squishing his belly curiously as the now more flexible rubber skin would be squashed upon contact and his curious movement such as tail swishing and stomping his feet made loud creaks emanate and indents to form at each joint...He was now a Living, Breathing and Talking Pooltoy Dinosaur!

This form was just so alien to the Brain Grain graduate...But another side of him felt like this was so comfortable...so fun...more urges to go to the river were starting to bubble up in his mind as he would wave goodbye and thank the two humans who help make this happen as he would happily begin to make a mad dash to the nearby Lake...or even so...the Hudson River near the Brooklyn Bridge where they first Met Louie, Who knows what that boy might think of his new body! And Rex, former predator turned friend might as well join him without having to worry about drowning and sinking like a rock. Who knows? Dweeb was only focused on swimming, having fun and bathing to get that shine on his latex skin...and so...three of the dinos now live as animated inflated mascots.
