The style works for the Pyro and Heavy but The Spy and Scout need to be "slimed down" need to look sleeker.

Just a matter of creating some sharp edges to get the design to read inside the silhouette, if you use masks to paint within you can get some really sharp "outlines" as well. Cheers

Wow, it's one of the times when I really wish my knowlage of English was better, because it's so hard to explain how amazed I am at the moment.
I love that even if it's completely redesigned, the character is still recognizeable.
