I've surmised 3 origin possibles for this spotlight-stealing-sock-eater.
A- Dante and Vergil were actually triplets and he's the long lost one nobody wanted
B- He dyed his hair to be in a punk rock band but since he couldn't sing he decided to steal Dante's center stage
C- Estranged half-brother Meaning....Sparda was a PLAYER!

Goodness there would be an explination why Nevan MENTIONED Sparda... Sparda was foolin' around with a succubus!!!!
Oh I heard he had that sling to conceal hi devil arm, he didn't want anyone seeing it.
I have SO many compiled reasons to believe he IS Vergil and I told my friends the reasons and they nearly faceplanted. Here are SOME of the resonings I came up with:

*-Nero says Begone during a slam attack.. Vergil says begone in the same tone when performing a Helm breaker.
*--Nero wields the revolver with his left hand… in DMC3 when Vergil stood side by side to Dante with the gun the hand he was holding it was his left.
*-Nero says blast during a stinger attack.. Vergil sometimes says blast during a Helm breaker too.
*-Vergil is known for having a blue aura during sword slashes.. when Nero slashes with the Red Queen a blue trail is present, when his gun fires a blue charge is also present not to mention the DMC4 number logo is blue this time around whereas all the others were red.

Yeeeeeeeeeessssss.... i'm a freak I know..

Like part of Vergil's personality kinda slipped into it. That'd explain why Dante hates his guts a bit

Nero's clothing has both red and blue in the design, both trademark colors of the devil duo- dante=red, vergil=blue. So I still wanna think that maybe he's the dipstick of a one-night-fling

I keep hearing mixed things bout the rumors of a FF7 remake Square-Enix declares boldly the denial of any remake whereas I've heard dates of one to be released sometime in 2008 Their language is hard enough to understand ya think they could be a bit more elaborate
