dunno, i'm mean they have electronic goods; tv's, lights, life support machines...so they might have ultrasound machines...or they might not, considering that they don't have phones...pretty sucky about the phone thing? in the rescue gaara arc suna could have called up konoha and asked for ninja to help and not have to wait a while for a bird to arrive
