On an Earth where mechanical contraptions can obtain sentience (perhaps, not for the best), the strangest anomaly occurred in a mall complex with an unfortunate security guard. Despite the complex consisting of several acres of land, only 3 organic beings were identified in the area by COMET scouts.

Fortunately, our workers were assisted with the help of a robotic replica of a mammal. When interrogated, they admitted the incident was one of many bizarre scenes that night. Whatever, or whoever runs this place, thoroughly understands the complex fundamentals of sentience itself. One step closer to identifiying the culprit(s) of the phenomena.
