Missy can change her tail for a pair of legs thanks to a little spell from someone very special, that allows her to hang out with Cassie on land.She shrinks a couple of sizes too when shes out of water , it reduces back problems and keeps the focus on her face.
This change its gradual though.

She is an interesting character all right.Β I like the rationale of her becoming less busty when on land.Β On that basis, though, mermaids should be uniformly huge-breasted since being underwater buoys up boobs so back issues are minimized.Β This is an idea worth exploring.
