Description
He was teleported by a gleam in a unknown building (the Titan Tower) where a red-skinned boy who looked like Nightcrawler (Kid Devil) attacked him but he managed to escape. He was called by Cottonmouth who asked him to help him and the his fellow Serpent Society teammates against some guys (Batman and his sidekicks) but Constrictor declined. He was locked in the Raft again because of a "nosy archer" (Green Arrow) but, together with Boomerang, was called for a project called Task Force X.- Frank Payne.
