Skitzo- CloseupA new digital painting..I drew this a few months ago as a bonus art print you could get with the Issue 2 special edition pack
[link] go pick one up!This one took me serious hours to paint because I wanted to make sure his "fur" actually looked like hairs but also like greasy ink slicks since he's technically still a cartoon character but in the flesh. I think it kinda worked....

I like Skitzo and his cartoon scraps, but there is no WAY I want to meet him in person as he WILL kill me up close. I appreciate him very much, from FAR away in a safe distance.

demon pubes, lmao. i like the ink sort of dribbling down his shoe. it hints that he's not really something of 'our world' if you get me.
if i could give some crit, basically i'd configure the lighting around skitzo to be a lot darker, maybe even get dark on his body as well. doing this will really bring out the glowy, demonic red in his eyes and give the pic some nice contrast. you might have to forsake the cast shadow though, which i think is a nice touch

also yeah I can see what you mean on that, I was trying to balance out heavy shadows on him and yet wanted his inks *which are very black already* to show clearly so I went for a compromise of less shadow for better lit hairs and ink...still I agree I wanted his eyes to glow more demonic haha i'll have to work on that for sure

Beautifully done as always! I love every last detail including the little hairs coming out of his pants. And the shine that you gave him, not to mention his glowing eyes. I think I could stare at them all day if his intentions weren't to kill me or sacrifice me to Idolatry. None the less very lovely and keep up the good work!
