Kururu from Air Gear... of all the characters in there she's probably the most unique one.used volumes 13 - 16 for reference.
volumes 13 -15 for her hair ( damn so hard to draw it
the thing I like most in the design )volume 16 for the outfit and shot.
Air Gear is owned by Oh! Great!/Ogure.

waist too small, eyes and face not good enough to capture her, but the inking all matches with the style, but yes, her hair is too much to copy, but still the vital part was her face

but just one thing. I think you should`ve added some background to make the picture more..real. It would make the picture look more trustworhty.
