this is one of the final pages from my concept art project. I got an A on this one so that's pretty good. We had to create 6 design sheets overall and got to choose from a list to build our final submission around, which is supposed to be in the form of a pitch deck, so we had to use an original world for it. I thought about using something that was pre-existing, lots of people chose to do that and apparently it's all fine as long as you can meet the brief requirements by being able to talk about your inspirations and give a synopsis of the story, but I ended up not doing it to make writing about my inspirations easier.

Anyway, the story i came up with is a hypothetical animated TV show for teens/older, a sort of supernatural/mystery/drama show kind of like gravity falls or the owl house in tone/setting, where the main character is an outsider to a town/place with a weird secret and mysterious happenings. I wanted there to be two characters initially but we were only allowed to do one, so I kind of used a loophole by making my secondary character into a creature design instead so it's kinda two for the price of one lol.
