Letting out one's emotions (that includes screaming out of frustration, sadness, or whatever) can be a healthy thing. It relieves a person of those emotions by not suppressing them inside of you.
But you need to know when to ask for help when you need it. If something really is making you frustrated, sad, or whatever, let someone know. Don't make us guess as to what is wrong with you. You make people worry that way.
That being said, this drawing is beautiful on its own. It's emotionally compelling and engaging. I'd go far as to say it's gorgeous even, visually.
