Shadows of Osaka- Protaganist's merc corp, specializes in stealth but can adapt to whatever is thrown their way. Everything from assassinations to escorts. mainly uses H & K and Minebea weaponry but often makes their own, specialized weaponry such as Izumi's BI0Rifle or modifications of existing weapons such as the MP7 JPC. Distinctive colour- Black and green Hexagon camo.

Dark sky forces - Rival to the SOO. initially larger but decreases in size and stature as SOO deal with them on their missions. specialize in assaults and defence ops. Mainly use modified Berretta and FN hersal weaponry. Distinctive colour- Blue and grey urban camo.

Hogdoghan Bada Navy - A bunch of pirate/mercenaries from United Korea. The dominant sea fairing merc corp in the sea of japan. Often used to 'aquire' items of interest in transit. Their leader is a particular fiery one. Ten to use Kyda Precision weapons as they are readily available and resistant to sea air. Distinctive colour - Urban Sea blue and grey with a Yellow tint.

Dragons of the duke - Welsh and proud. Expert seafarers and experts in explosives. specialize in raids and sabotages. If the British navy used a weapon then the dragons of the duke will probably use it. Distinctive colour- Sea blue and fiery red.

Angelcore - former disabled patients now enhanced with cybernetics. specializes in asset protection. each member is unique and hard to predict. mainly uses H & K weaponry. Distinctive colour- Green and white urban camo.

Soldiers of hell road - Former Iraq and Afgan vets now seeking a name and purpose. Effective at escorts and open ground combat. Uses american arms of all shapes and sizes but mainly relics from the 1990-2009 era. Distinctive colour- U.S pattern desert camo.

Gurkha Heavy Army - Elite Nepalese mercs armored to the core and ferocious at melee if a bit slow. Specializes in asset protection and assault on the behalf of high end companies. uses heavy weaponry of many types. Oddly the only mercs able to use Heckler & Koch XM29 Objective Individual Combat Weapons without dying from the weight. Distinctive colour- Black metal plates with dark red outlines.

Section 2 -A disgraced elite Japanese police force now seeking fortune. Quite generalist but effective at information warfare. Use only Japanese made weaponry. Distinctive colour- Skin tight jumpsuits grey.

Allah's Forgotten - Once these men were terrorists but years after their time they seek forgiveness. Specialize in assault but only seek work from the morally pure and only typically work in poorer countries. Use old soviet leftovers from their terrorist days but with modern armour. Distinctive colour- Triangular desert camo with red banaclavas.

Zabatsu Security - Another smaller rival to the SOO but know their stuff about hacking. Specializing in data theft and protection (though their fascination with the former makes their name practically for show). Uses only Minebea weaponry. Distinctive colour- Ourun colours (Dark purples and pinks.)

Metal Shifters - The Main tank mercs of the world. Specializes in vehicular warfare from tanks to APCs to even mechs. When drawn out of their vehicles they are surprisingly weak and only use pistols. Distinctive colour- Yellow and black digital camo.

Lei's Rangers - Chinese mercs itching out a living from desperate civil wars across the world in forgotten countries. Specialize in guerrilla warfare. use Chinese made weaponry. Distinctive colour- Forest camo.

The Underneaths - A paid for corp supported by Osaka's seedy underground. Their training levels are seemingly random, some members are barely better then a thug while others are crazy elite. Distinctive colour - Grey Urban camo.

Carbon Arms- The Right hand of the Carbon Associations of Japan and probably the scariest mercs in the setting. Very well trained and very well armed. If anyone targets something under their protection then they better pay well. Distinctive color - Carbon fiber black.
