Baron Scales is a general for Astraeus from Prism Squadron: Shineranger. He makes his first apperance is Chapter 15.Baron Scales was once an advisor to Aurora, but was banished to the Realm of Darkness due to his strict veiws on the morality of mortals. He has the power to manipulate the weight of anyone or anything he chooses. On his chestplate is the symbol of Libra, the Balance Scales constellation.
