Peter Pheonix is ShineAmber in Prism Squadron: Shineranger. He makes his first appearance in Chapter 17.

Peter Phoenix is a denizen from the Realm of Fire. He can set his body ablaze, as well as regenerate it after being in a near-death experience. His tears have the ability to revive someone from death. After he was freed from his abusive father, he was recruited by Jumbo Draco to become a Shineranger.
He is named after Pheonix, the Pheonix constellation, with its symbol on his shirt.
