Vannesa Vulpecula is the sister of Vince Vulpecula from Prism Squadron: Shineranger.After witnessing her brother getting dimmed in battle, she becomes A.V. ShineBrown. She is named after Vulpecula, the Fox constellation, with an alternate symbol of it on her jacket. She makes her first appearance in Chapter 27.
