This one has to be mature for the nudity, and I guess the horns, but I'll get to the reasoning I guess.

Sketches of female Commandos. In my strange imagination a new species has emerge from the human population after space travel was possible. Women exposed to large quantities of dark matter birth a new evolved human sapient that is larger, stronger, smarter, and have grown horns from their skulls.

This children were taken by the government in secrecy and turned them into super soldiers called Commando's. Unlike the males, the females have a stronger mental capacity giving them telekinetic abilities, and able to perform many psychic abilities. Unfortunately, when the females reach adulthood they reach a cycle of puberty and transform into monster by bleeding black burning fluids that cover their entire bodies and hardens. They become dangerously lethal and have no conscious over their actions(sorta like a werewolf or like Naruto as 4-tails).

So in a way its kinda demonic, but don't worry this girls do turn back to normal... they just break everything before they do.
