06/09/2023 Update: Fixed his arms on frame 5. Turns out all I had to do was copy pre existing arm sprites there, and now he's also consistent with X, CM X and soon to come Zero

This one was quite the challenge, and this time I remembered to leave notes on the image. All three of the main Hunters will have an unique skill like Axl's.
