The 'Land Down Under'.

Everyone knows of it, of course. And no, it's not the Hell one. It's that place so far off and distant, the place where men wrestle crocodiles and bears climb trees and giant rabbit things punch the lights out of each other. It's that place where women glow and men plunder, where beer does flow and you can indeed hear the thunder.

It's Australia, mate.

Our story picks up a number of years ago, ysee, on the gritty streets of a certain city. Crime, dishonesty, dingodiles, a thousand things to kill a man or break him. But there was one guy. Ain't anybody sure where the nickname came from- he was Beef, just that guy everyone knew but no one knew. He lived a peaceful life, solitary and silent.

But everything changed when the White Army attacked. Australia was thrown into chaos and war, far beyond that of the streets. Beef managed to secure passage to the USA, both in hopes of escaping the carnage but also seeking a new life. He arrived lost and weak, quickly becoming disillusioned with the hopeful façade of America. The streets once more became his home, a familiar- albeit unwelcome- friend.

But then he met him.

Nyran Altair.

A legend of the underground, the steel-souled Star Knight of the past, and perhaps one of the most important figures in the soon-to-come future. And yet, even with those impressive claims...still a true and humble being. He befriended Beef, teaching the young man the art of fighting and chivalry. Armed with knowledge and enough weaponry to level a fortress, Beef returned to Australia, fighting his way through the White Army and leading a unified rebellion against their rule. And as he stood before the bulk of their forces, he swore to himself, to Nyran, to all Australia.

No other country would face this kind of injustice, not as long as he lived. Fearlessly, he would fight all who sought to bring suffering, until they were decimated and crushed into the dust.

Now, with the dawn of Rise and the Rebellion, along with rumors of Nyran's death, Beef may find his vow to be quickly put under test...
