Here's Win-Star for the 3rd or something time. I know this isn't the first time I've introduced him here tho.As with the first ref sheet, I won't be typing his description, as everything you need to know about him is in that deviation. However, I will leave you with a few trivias:
He's scared of bears for some odd reason...
He got his robotic arm, foot and half of his head after suffering a devastating accident...
He's based off of someone I know.
