(Sorry, My English is quite bad, but I hope it helps you)

1-Sai: Basic colors (Be carrefull choosing the background tone, if I choose a brigther color the whole image would change)
2-Sai: More basic colors
3-Sai: Add details (like skin tones and air shine)
4-Sai: Add lights and shadows to make volume. I added white too, to highlight thing like eye light and metallic things.
5-Photoshop: Background basics (I used photoshop because I have more interestings brushes)
6-Photoshop: Add glowing elements (Normally I use the highest saturated colors and white)
7-Photoshop:Add glow efect in those elements. Add "glow light" with the same highest saturated color(didn´t use white for the "glowing light" of the character)
8-Photosphop: I added some details and play with image settings. (I think I added a filtre ... Im not sure, can´t remember )
