I liked the office I had for Sterling but realized it was a big file meaning lots of time to load or move figures within it, so I decided a change would be beneficial for later renders. This one is by Alex79 ($20 normal, on sale for $12 when I posted this). I did on base render then went through changing textures and removing some of the props (I planned on adding a cigar case and some liquor bottles but so far just put in a second office chair shrunk down for Zephina where the desk is split). The design is a little larger than I intended with my story but works really well, the door in the corner will become a dimensional gate-room and the shelves stocked with binders makes sense for a modern wizard.
