Did this rough map for our current AD&D campaign, it is too close up to show the other villages along the trade rout, but the light green area is the cultivated farmland (2 days travel by wagon/cart out from the city or about 24 miles), the more olive colored area around mistmoor is swamp land, mistmoor is 3 days by wagon/cart from the city, can be reached in 2 days on foot or 1 day on a fast horse. The player characters bought a small spread, just 2 acres, at the edge of Gnarley Forest and the farms around Dyvers on the far side of the river from the trade road figuring they could hunt and chop trees without anyone caring, they also have a tower in the city of Dyvers but none of the land around it is available for purchase.
