Character line up of the team in the beginning of the story; Rogue (cyberpunk) Boris (original) Tsung (Shadowrun) Frost (Shadowrun) Sterling (original) Clean (Shadowrun) and Dodger (Shadowrun).

Rogue was in the original cyberpunk rule book (set in 2013) and the model is based on the same character used in the 2077 video game.
Boris was my brother's cyberpunk 2020 character
Tsung was in the original Shadowrun rule book (removed in 2nd edition and later versions, though he cover art picture was used again)
Frost was a sample character in DNA/DOA
Sterling was my cyberpunk 2020 character - though this character is a lot different based more on my Starwars character (Rath)
Clean was from the same module as Frost
Dodger was from the 1st edition rule book Shadowrun with Tsung (and featured in the same cover painting)

I didn't have exact models for most of them and also modified them to fit into my alternate Star Wars universe (like a lightsaber instead of a katana).
