"Are you awake? Are you alive? What are you little thing...."

"I'm Airalin, and don't call me a little-wha?!"

Airalin quickly flipped over to face the voice. She tried to back away but stumbled on the sand.

"Where am I?! What did you do?!"

The hooded creature towering above Airalin tilted its head. "I did nothing. I only saw you lying in the sand amidst these tombstones and went to see who, rather what you are. Your name is Airalin, but what is your kind?"

"I'm...a Pokemon. A Meloetta. Who are you?"

"My name is Focal. I am a Rythulian. But given that I've never heard of a Pokemon, I believe you've never heard of my people."

"Where am I? How did I get here?

"The graves, the desert. There is little more to say than that; names for this world have long been buried. I have no concept of how you get here or why. Perhaps you should come with me, we can talk, unless you intend to harm me. Do you wish to do that?"

"....Not unless you hurt me. Or touch me."

"Then you have nothing to fear. Come, we'll go to shelter.
