Working next to a photo of the costume, this was drawn entirely on Macromedia Flash. Yay vectors! I have no idea how to use Illustrator, as sad as that may sound...

I couldn't wait to draw this picture, as I fell in love with the super harsh lighting on the photo. It makes the trooper look a little bit angular, but this is up there on my favourites.
