Here is a character chart of the characters who would feature in Pinocchio and Alice: AKA the Girl and the Puppet. We do have the main characters in the middle, while the characters from Alice's right side and Pinocchio's left side would be more like supporting or side characters. Kinda like a few appearances like you would see to add warmth, support, and comedy as Pinocchio and Alice will have a little dark scenes like their previous films, or even Beauty and the Beast (1991). As you see, the new characters that are on the left side will be Alice's friends who would live with her in the British village, www.deviantart.com/conthauberg… . As it is set in the mid 19th century.

To be honest, the merpeople who the merboy resembles would resemble the Danish merpeople who were identical in The Little Mermaid universe (Disney universe), as the Arabic girl would resemble her side of the village who would identify the people in Aladdin's universe and clothing. The same with the Indian Girl from India as it was the same time of the British Raj.

Now, I'm still trying to cook up a really good villain for the story. It's just hard to think which would it be, but it won't be any of these characters no, remember, there'll be no plot twist villains. It has to be an actual Villain.
