Personality: He's very matter-of-fact, he'll state his opinions for everyone to hear, not caring for their reactions. He's cunning, persuasive and sly. That being said, if you get on his good side he's actually not that bad and he cares for those close to him. He usually speaks in a very formal tone with his soft and deep voice.
History He was tired of living in a big city, getting nowhere. He wanted to go somewhere where no one else would know his name (he was known for being a conman before moving to Lilypad). He also moved to Lilypad to hopefully have a brighter future.

He dresses up so nicely to look like he's better off than he actually is. He also enjoys dressing up nice.
He dreams of opening up a shop or business of his own, who know's if he's actually going to do it though.
Val has only ever had a flip phone, he refuses to get a newer phone. He isn't up to date with technology at all.
