Description
Chronic Pony Wasting Disease prevents infected from sleeping a day after its five - seven day incubation period. They stop eating, they straight up reject normal food. After a few days maybe even weeks of no sleep it causes them to go insane and hallucinate. They start thinking the ponies around them, especially loved ones aren't real and are imposters of some kind. After a few weeks they start to develop rashes and their flesh and tissue starts to rot, they develop cannibalistic tendencies and hunger for the flesh of other ponies, infected will eat other infected if they can't find an uninfected survivor as they prefer their meat.
