Description
Here is a picture that I did of Merna The Merhog, a female character who appeared in the "Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog" episode titled "The Little Merhog". Because I wasn't too busy working on anything else at the time, I was in the mood for drawing this cute-looking character after watching random episodes of "Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog" not too long ago, which actually happens to be one of my favorite cartoon shows that is based on a video game series; Even though the show was known for its cheesy cartoon humor when compared to the other shows such as "Sonic SatAM" and/or "Sonic Underground", I personally enjoyed this show the most because it had a certain charm that has always appealed to me ever since I watched it as a kid, and it was the only one of the three cartoon series by DiC Animations that was loosely-based on the games and not the Archie Comics series (the latter of which portrayed the series rather differently from the games that I loved so very much). Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw a simple picture Merna swimming underwater while looking quite happy, and I also decided to draw her in a similar style of the modern-era Sonic characters. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a blue texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much the empty space by adding bubbles to show that she is underwater. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
