Crayons are so under appreciated. Hopefully this will help some people.

If you want to lighten a color it's best to put a layer of white down first.

To read this chart here's an example:
If you look at the purple column up and down you'll see the color purple on top of the rest of the colors.
If you look at the purple column left to right you'll see purple beneath the rest of the colors.
