“Let’s make America Great Again! Yeah! USA! USA! US-“Static occurs as it shows horrible scenes of police brutality throughout history, rioting, massacres, executions, and countless of disturbing actions. Suddenly, the static continues until it reveals Kotaro Fuma sitting on his throne with a Decepticon symbol with two troops beside him.
“Greetings, citizens of Earth. In case you didn’t know who I am... my name is Kotaro Fuma... leader of the Decepticons. You all probably are wondering that we’re terrorists... criminals... murders... demons. No... we’re none of them. We are freedom fighters. We fight for your freedom from corrupt leaders.
For years, your false leaders have promised you peace... joy... relief... freedom... but all they give you is death, despair, and pain... so much pain. They have filled their lives with their sins of lust, greed, gluttony, envy, pride, wrath, and sloth. The seven deadly sins. They have taken the name of democracy into their own dictatorship. They live their own paradise while the poor and the innocent suffer.
They even allow corrupt officials, officers, soldiers to do whatever they want by brutal and murder the innocent! The criminals get to roam free while the innocent get locked up in prisons for crimes they have not committed! That’s not justice... that’s corruption!
Forcefully over billing the innocents for pointless taxes and force them to join their corrupted military! Sending young men to the frontline and died before they can be given a chance to fight! You soldiers mean nothing to your leaders! You’re nothing but cannon fodders to them!
How long shall all living beings need to suffer from the mistakes of your leaders?! How long will so many generations suffer the same fate of their families and elders?! When will these endless nightmares end?!
Now... is the time to rise up my brothers and sisters... now... is the time to take action... now... is the time to take control.
Join us and help us make a better world. Free from the corrupted. Free from the injustice. Free from these sinners. Free from this system.
You... all who voices have been unheard... unspoken... silence... All of you who have lost so many loved ones from those who you trusted with your lives only to betray you and take everything from you! All of you have been wronged by your leaders and left for dead!
Do not be afraid of their military! They will all abandon their country and flee or beg for mercy once they see us! Do not be afraid of the Autobots! We are not their enemies! They’re nothing but slaves and cannon fodders to your leaders!
It’s time to reveal yourselves to me... time for your voices to be heard once and for all! Rise with me, my brothers and sisters! No more running... and no more hiding.

The scene ended as static cut them off leaving the Decepticon symbol.
