So I was still thinking about Gigantamax Pikachu. I then realized that it, Eevee and Meowth were the only Pokémon to gigantamax that weren't fully evolved. I tried to think of another not fully evolved Pokémon that could reasonably get one, and Magikarp was the best option. Enjoy.

Pokédex reads: "It seems as if gigantamax energy made it express dormant genes of its evolution Gyarados. In Galar history people were immensely afraid of this Pokémon, until they discovered how weak its normal form is.

Max move is G-Max Super Splash, which replaces every water type move. This move raises all of its stats by one stage, but unlike other stat raising max moves it doesn't raise your allys' stats when used.
