I guess my Eddie would be a combo of both the original and Ultimates version. A bully that is a complete ass and the dude that has all the deep down problems caused from the death of his parents and what he thinks of as a betrayal of Peter Parkers trust. My venom is basically the one that I love most. The musclular, Wild ass, Brute of a Beast. I always thought this one was the scariest. My thoughts what yours?Related content

Love your Venom. Your Eddie is cool but I never liked the young Eddie from the ultimate line. I always liked Eddie to be a little formidable even without the suit.

I always thought that Ultimate Venom was scariest. It had more of a monster/alien feel (even though he is an alien, I thought Ulti. Venom pronounced it with more authority). And I also think that Ulti. Venom was freakier cause of all the tentacles and how he was like 10 feet tall.

This is an instant fave. Wow. I love what you did with Eddie, and capturing that attitude. How could you not?
I love your treatment of Venom. I like that he's big, but not too big, like cartoony that seems to be the trend of late.
Yeah, this one is great, and I like the grey black combo, rather than the blue black. Makes it more gritty and mysterious. Nice.

I always thought the movie version of Venom was way too weedy and easy to kill. The original is the best. I love your style, it makes him look like even more of a badass.

Not sure I'm too keen on Eddie, I mean he looks cool. The design is very distinct. It's just not how I envision him. I'm afraid I have the gruff, long haired Eddie from his lethal protector years tattooed in my mind. That said, it all looks really cool. Venom looks really fluid and scary

You oughta do more of these, maybe some of those older characters that don`t get much of their share of the limelight today, (but are as deep as these heros, at least I think so, heh) like the Shadow and Ghost Rider....

well, I'd say that in this case he just looks too trendy. I know kids that dress like that, and I can't think of a single one of them that isn't a total narcissistic puss. If anything, I'd keep him close to the image of peter parker, hard working guy, with not a lot of money or friends. Here he just looks like a hipster. Now I suppose you could take the character in this direction, but seeing the super tight hipster jeans, and the tight leather jacket, he looks more like a douchebag than a terrifying cannibalistic monster.
of course, thats only my opinion regarding the choice of design. The drawing is phenominal, and I love your series of superhero=identity drawings, this is really the only one that I would have anything negative to say about. I hope Im not being too harsh
