Hulk's personality does not really seem to have the same....um...."SuperHero-y-ness" as the others.
Although no where near as famous as Hulk, I might have chosen MAEVEL's Hyperion, Sentry, or BlueMarvel instead.
With that said, maybe the FF's Thing would fit better.
I probably would have also added:

the problem is that we know the magnitud of both superman and goku but not of saitama,. And his feets are actualy under the achivements the other 2 have reached, But we dont know his limits yet so he could still do something more powerful than moving or destroying planets like the other two have done, and could one up them

If the squid-like alien from the Boros arc is being truthful in the sheer scale of power he unleashed on Saitama, he can at least resist a black hole without even trying. While definitely on par with the kind of bullshit Superman can pull off; it's far, FAAAAR beyond anything Goku has ever reasonably stood up against.

no there is a difference between resistance and strength, especially as moving a planet would include battling the sung gravitational pole. And as Saitama cant fly he would have to jump from somewhere with enough speed and power to throw the planet without suffocating in the process (as he needs to breath), this act would be the biggest act of strength in fiction if you consider all those facts

Ironically even though Goku isn't the strongest there, his enemy would give the entire team the most trouble. Because Zamasu is imortal....

Only agreeable point is that Zamasu nearly invincible. But the part where Goku isn't among the strongest here? Please don't say "Saitama is a parody character, his unbeatable". #1 currently OPM feats are lackluster, #2 tons of gag characters have been introduced in Dragon Ball & all pale in comparison to Gods of Destruction which UI Goku surpass briefly, #3 stop overhyping Saitama capability, the dude haven't reach galaxy tier while Super Episode 13 Beerus & Goku punches endangered universe 7 (which contains of 2 universes: afterlife/mortal with mini dimensions).
