Mr. Kat from the show Kid VS Kat by Rob BoutilierThis guy has a special place in my heart, reason for that is kinda sad though. Felt like drawing him again after all these years. 9 year old me was always annoyed that I couldn't draw him well, now I can though! This turned out better than I expected.
I also noticed that I remember way too much about Mr. Kat and the show he's from. It's burned into my brain for life apparently. Lol
