Here she is, the ice queen dragon. Took a bit to come up with the design for this one, I wanted it to look elegant and at the same time fierce or intimidating, I also used just a tiny bit of elements from the frost king on this one so it would show correlation between the two. The colors came out amazingly on her too. If you guys have requests on new dragons just let me know in the comments.
