Finally got around to drawing some Shadow of the Colossus fanart!!!- This is probably the best game I have ever played. It's easily in my top five favorite games of all time. If you haven't played it yet you really are missing out on something amazing.
- Anyways, this is one of my favorite Colossus; it's not my absolute favorite battle but I thought it would be a fun one to draw
Here are the original pencil lines that are on top of the colors that I added in PS.

Though it does appear that he is crashing into the water and I can't help but notice what appears to be Hydrus in the water.

Thank you, and someone else had commented about it looking like he was partially in the water as well. But, he's not supposed to be. He's actually high above the water and there's just extreme atmospheric perspective from the fogginess.

No, it's actually part of the building that you come in to the area from. I just kept it really loose because it's in the BG so it's not really easy to tell.

Ooh, amazing. I haven't played the game myself per se (not that I would have had time anyway), but I've seen my friends play it and it was great visually and it seemed a lot of fun. The most frustrating part that I've seen is the one where you have to swim in the lake to get to that one high place in the sky and jump from broken pieces of a bridge. My friends would always miss that last ledge by a bit and have to go around all over again.
However, I must admit, it's really tragic you have to kill these otherwise gentle giants just to save the girl (and since my friend told me about the ending, I know it's all tragic regardless).
I actually had to come to your page just to find this fanart because the link via deviation is lost among the other 170+ deviations that accumulated for the day. *sigh*

Yeah, that was the third Colossus. I never fell there, but I could see how it would be frustrating if you kept falling. But yeah, it really is a great game

- It was drawn/shaded in pencil and then I scanned it in and colors were added in Photoshop ^__^

It's an awesome game.
- You go around and find the Colossi in different areas of the game. The scenery in the game is really gorgeous and the music is really good too. Once you find the Colossi you have to figure out how to get onto them and find their week points so you can take them down

don't forget that they are furries and you question yourself why a stone monster HAS hair, how you can grab a bird of STONE and stuff like that.
