This is Day 23 of the Fuyu-Matsuri Advent Calendar: a Britsune named Umeko! Her theme is "Winter Shrine Priestess".This Britsune walks around the shrine dedicated to the Kamitsu Taiyuki, her dark eyes gleaming with wisdom. She’s seen numerous dreams and visions, where she has seen Kamitsu and the Kami send her prophecies. Maybe there will be one for Fuyu-Matsuri this year? Only the Kami will foretell.
She also happens to be a favourite of mine as well. I gave her a plum/apricot blossom motif because these trees are said to bloom very early when it is still winter. Of course, since she’s a priestess of a Kamitsu shrine, I gave her some exclusive accessories to her guild.
