HELLO!^^ so this art of mine is for commission purposes only im trying to sell my art but failed to do so plss help me on getting commission for the first time although I only have g cash I don't have PayPal...but you can tell me how PayPal works so that I have an idea how to used it because I heard it's really difficult and it need a card? I'm from the Ph so I really don't have any idea..I'm new to commission btw..
