                           Cheating
Jade West's arms were around someone else. She knew it was wrong, SO wrong, yet it felt so right. She knew she would feel horrible afterwards, playing the both of them like this, but it was like she needed both Beckett and...well...she didn't like admiting that she WANTED her, let alone NEEDED her, but she did. She needed Vega. So bad, she was in her house, pulling her close, and whispering sweet nothings thrown in with a few vulgar remarks into her ear. She loved the feeling of being with her, even though she had only HATED the very thought of her months ago. She had no idea what happend. She had just decided to pull Vega into the broom closet and make out with her. That started everything, on a whim. Now she was in a tangled up mess of cheating.
After taking what she wanted, whether it be a kiss, or a hot make out session, or a movie night, or for some strange and unforsaken CUDDLING that she hated on a regular basis, even with Beck, but would crave with Tori, she'd promise that she'd break up with Beck the next day and only be Tori's. Jade knew that she'd never do that. What? And ruin a good thing she had going with Beck? NO WAY. They could end up getting married and having cute little Canadian Emo babies. On the other hand, without Tori, she wouldn't want anything. She was confused and torn up at the moment, and all she needed was Tori's intoxicating kisses to settle her.
  Tori didn't kiss her. When Jade put her arms around her, Tori swiftly pulled away.
"Vega?" Jade asked mischeiviously. "You dare defy me?" she asked raising an eyebrow.
  "I can't do this anymore." she said, and Jade's mouth frowned.
"What are you talking about?" Jade asked, pretending to be oblivious.
  "This...CHEATING." she said, emphasizing the word as if it were a cuss word she didn't want to say."It has to stop. I feel so dirty by the end of the night when you leave, and mad because you're leaving me to be with HIM," she said, acting like it was another dirty word,"and it makes me sad that you're gone."
"Okay," Jade began her lie,"I'll end it with Beck tomarrow. No biggie," Jade said, shrugging and plopping down on the Vega's couch.
  "No, you won't. This is just a lie." Tori said, and this time she started sobbing.
"T-Tori..." Jade said, looking at her. In that instant, Jade knew.
  Jade took out her pearphone and dailed Beck's number.
  "Hey babe!" Beck said with enthusiasm as he answered the phone.
"Beck, I need to tell you something." Jade said, and Tori's eyes widened.
  "Anything." Beck said, and Jade could almost feel him nod over the phone.
"We can't be together anymore." Jade said, and she looked over at Tori.
  "Wh-what?" Beck asked.
"Yeah," Jade said,"we're over. Splitsville."
  "And just why are you breaking up with me?!" Beck asked, angry at the suddeness.
"Because...because I'm in love with someone else, Beckett." Jade said and sighed.
  "WHO IS HE!?" Beck yelled, into the other side of the phone."WHAT'S HIS NAME!?"
"Tori Vega." Jade said simply, and Beck went quiet. Tori was crying even more now.
  Jade hung up on Beck and wrapped her arms around her new girlfriends' waist.
   "J-J-J-Jade." Tori sobbed, and Jade kissed her forehead.
"Shhhh. We're together now, just like we BOTH wanted." Jade said, and pulled away, looking her girlfriend in the face. Tori smiled, and Jade smiled back."Now, since THAT'S over with," she said, pulling her girlfriend into her arms,"let's watch The Scizzoring."
  Jade grinned as her girlfriend groaned, and popped in the DVD.
