Forgotten
The red-headed girl sat on her bed, thinking about Jade and Tori. They were her two closest friends, she should be happy, right? Then what was this pain deep in her chest?
Jeaslousy and hatred and sadness and everything she had never felt to this calibur before. She was hurting.
"Darn you." she said, and tossed the picture of her and Jade to the side, off of her bed.
The only thing that bothered her was that she was in truth, being forgotten by the one she loved most. Jadelyn West. Her best friend, someone as close to her that she would call her 'sister'. Jade was pushing her away and she didn't care. All she cared about these days was Tori. It made her cry thinking about it.
Calling her would only cause her to come over here, and she was probably with Tori, and that would just be a tangled up mess. They hadn't gotten into a fight. She was just fading. Being replaced by Tori Vega.
She sniffled and decided to text her.
-Hey Jade!-
After a few minutes of no reply, Cat decided to go downstairs and get a brownie from the breadbox. Her brother always kept them stashed there, because he claimed if he didn't, a man dressed up as a giant burrito would come and kill them all. She didn't object; this was the only time she got to see her brother in a happy state(and not in a straight jacket,) and she loved seeing him smile, even if the things he said made no sense.
When she got back upstairs, she checked her pearphone again.
-Oh, hey Cat.-
Cat smiled. At least Jade texted her back. That was a start...
-Do you want to catch a movie this weekend?- Cat asked.
She smiled at the thought of all the different movies coming out this weekend. Mrs. Pretty Unicorn was, and she wanted to see that badly. Then again, another horror movie will come out...some Slasher Chick 4 movie.
-I heard Mrs. Pretty Unicorn is coming out. Do you want to see that one?-
WHAT? Jade putting her first? That's...that's a first.
Caterina Valentine was CERTAINLY not forgotten! And this whole Jade and Tori thing wasn't such a bad thing after all. She was teaching her how to love and socialize nicer.
