Description HP:Things She Taught Me
Chapter 3: Gryffindor against Slytherin
Harry remembered his own matches in Quidditch, it was his favourite sport. The broomstick he had first gotten was a nimbus 2000, and his godson, Teddy, now had a firebolt 500. His first firebolt was amazing too. He had always wanted to be a famous Quidditch player, but Ginny detested the idea. She told him that it was a fools dream, and would only stay with him if he'd chosen a different job, and you do crazy things for the ones you love. Then she turned around and cheated on him with Seamus...
He didn't want to be Ron's Seamus, but it was true indeed he was falling even more in love with Hermione as the days passed. Hermione, Ron and Harry sat up in the teacher's stands cheering on Gryffindor.
Selma Diggory and Jamie Alfred were the beaters. Selma looked alot like Cedric, and he figured that it was his cousin. Jamie was muscular, his hair long and tied back in a ponytail that reminded him of Bill.
Next were the chasers, Jacob Morningside, Kirk Lovegood and Camilla Valentine. Lovegood? He did a double take and checked...indeed, this was Luna's son. I wonder who the father was... He had her eyes, but his hair was black, and... he had one of his ears pierced. And dangling from it, a radish earing. This caused Harry and Hermione to laugh. Ron sat there with a blank stare on his face.
"Ronald, have you told Harry about the wedding?" Hermione asked. Gryffindor had just put the quaffle through the hoop.
Cheers erupted from the Gryffindor stands and from Ron, who hadn't been paying any attention to Hermione.
The Keeper, Gregory Flewitt was exstatic.
And the seeker, Miles McGrowan spotted the snitch. Reaching his hand out for it, he was knocked unconcious by a bludger. He fell off his broom after he slammed into stands, and he lay there.
"Oi! That had to be a foul!" Ron shouted, enraged.
Harry looked at Ron, dumbstruck. Hermione had been trying to get his attention for at least ten minutes now, and he'd just been ignoring her.
"Hermione, you're better than him. You deserve someone better than him." Harry said fast. She heard him.
"What are you talking about, Harry?" She asked.
Gryffindor made another goal. Miles was being revived by Madam Pomfrey.
Everyone was cheering, and Harry maded sure only Hermione could hear him.
"Hes just been ignoring you. He doesn't care. He would rather be with Lavander Brown, but he just couldn't tell you." He whispered.
"Thats a horrible thing to say..." She said, tearing up.
"Hermione, I know him, hes my best friend," Harry continued. Miles was now up in the air, and by the looks of it, had found the snitch again. He reached for it, grabbed for it, and got it. Gryffindor had just won."give me a chance Hermione. Please." He said, as Ron jumped in the air for a while. And what Harry thought might happen, happend.
Lavander planted a kiss on Ron's lips, right in front of Hermione. It both deeply sadend and enraged her.
   "RON!" She shouted, crying.
"Hermione, I-" He started, stuttering. He was pink.
"You know what? Goodbye Ronald! I hope I never see your stupid face ever again!" Hermione yelled, and started a run for it down the long stairs. She stopped midway, took off her ring and chucked it at Ron's head, hitting him square in the nose.
"No! Hermione, wait-" Ron said, running after her. Harry tried not to smile.
Things had worked out for him anyhow, and he didn't have to be Ron's Seamus. Lavander was Hermione's Ginny. He ran down the stairs and followed the footsteps he knew were Hermione's. Seeing the both of them, he hid behind a tree.
      "Hermione, she ment nothing!-"Ron started.
"She ment nothing? Really Ronald, is that all you've got to say? Not even 'she kissed me'!? I saw you kissing her back!" Hermione said, wiping a tear from her face.
    "No, Her-" Ron started.
"No nothing. Harry was right. Go back to Lavander, shes waiting for her 'Won-Won'; never speak to me again!" Hermione yelled, cutting him off. Harry showed himself.
"What did you tell her?!" Ron said, his face red with anger, looking as though he could kill Harry right now.
"I told her the truth. Now, go back with Lavander, and we might be able to forgive you later." Harry said.
"WE?" He asked, viens popping out on his neck.
"Yes, we. If you're just gonna cheat on her like Ginny cheated on me, you've got another thing coming. If Hermione's going to be with anyone, its going to be me. And if its not me, its anybody but you at the moment. Maybe even Neville." Harry said, and Ron pulled out his wand.
   "Sectu-"Ron started.
"Levicorpus!" Harry said even faster, and Ron was hoisted in the air by his ankle, and he dropped his wand.
Hermione left and Harry was left to deal with Ron, until Lavander found him. He left, and went to the lake. He hoped Hermione would be there, but she wasn't. Harry sat on the lake's edge, wondering if he ruined the lives of his two best friends.
