OMG!!!! I'm on one serious Sum 41 craze right now XD This picture is entirely based off of the Sum 41 music video "In Too Deep" --> [link] Man, and I thought "Hellsong" was funny! Holy Jack-monkey! *dies laughing* Anyway, I was procrastinating typing out my 100 point essay due the next day, so I was looking through a list of Sum 41 music videos to watch, since they're like, my favorite band ever, and I saw "In Too Deep" on the list, and I never remembered seeing it before, so, incase you haven't guessed, I watched the video XD I was on the floor unable to breath! I command ye all to watch it! You will laugh, I made my parents watch it and they both laughed
About the picture, sorry for that disturbing picture of Dash Honestly, I didn't want to him like that, I tried putting at the bottom part of the picture so you wouldn't have see that, but it just didn't look right. The jocks in the video all wore bikini's so it just fit, but hey, Dash wears them too, proof of "Lucky In Love" XD Me and my disturbed mind XP Also, that's my first Dash, well technically second since I tried drawing him at the bottom part of the picture first. I only used references for his face and upper body, and after watching Danny Phantom this morning, I realized I horribly mangled him >.< The references I used weren't the best though There's so much wrong with this picture I could just scream!! Gaaaaaahhh!! The diving panels, at least the one Dash is on, looks like they're floating in mid-air. Dash is supposed to be further away and it looks like he's right next to Danny! *bangs head against wall* Curses! That was not supposed to happen! Anyway, I don't know what came over me when I did the plane banner, try to ignore it if you can There's alot more wrong with this picture, but I don't feel like mentioning it all I also colored the picture differently (if you hadn't noticed XDD) jk! It has to do with my lessons *winkwink* XD Just learning how to blend colors. I also think this picture should win an award for taking the longest to draw in Butch Hartman style... 4 and 1/2 hours just to sketch the monkey out! XD And the part I spent an hour and 1/2 on didn't even come up on the scanner, but that doesn't really bother me because it would of been a huge pain to color anyway *lazy* XD Man, doesn't Danny look awesome in black? I want to steal his shirt really bad! Heeheehee! I also didn't draw that Sum 41 title thing on his shirt. I jacked a picture off the internet somewhere. Took me about 10 minutes to find a decent one >.< Wacom tablet, approx 15 hours in photoshop >.< ouch! Well, that girl was right in saying doing the blending takes a long time, but in my opinion it's totally worth it Still some more lessons to go and we'll see what happens later on ^^ Hope you guys like, please don't hurt me for that picture of Dash, I'm not like that, honest!
