Description

I think this started with just pose sketching and then I decided to stylize it a little with the red and greys.

Process:

This was more about exploring clothing options. Initially I started with regular mary-janes but then decided to have the soles be more influenced by geta and a sort of kimono-like top with the striped pattern.

I also added a subtle gradient map to make the greys look more appealing.

The red circle shape was done by taking a solid round brush and mouse clicking on canvas and then I think I painted on top of that with a low flow brush to do the smudges.
