She's one of my favorite female kaiju, and totally love her sounds, it's ASMR for me nwn.
The female MUTO first awoke inside Yucca Mountain after hearing the male MUTO's mating calls, and followed these calls from Las Vegas to San Francisco, where she dug a nest after meetings with the male.

Together, the female and male MUTOs battled Godzilla and seemed to have the upper hand, however destroying their nest distracted them enough for Godzilla to kill the male with a single well-timed tail swipe and subsequently chase after the female, killing her with a blast of his atomic breath.
