This was shoot the same day as " Training " in the studio, we've set up a lit background and ground and shoot many poses, in this one the upper foot is lit with a quartzcolor Mizar 500w and a Castor 2Kw and an Iris 1250w to cut down the silhouette, the Iris plays on the back of Romain and accentuates the muscles relief ^^
