A little WIP for Reemiel next project

"The "Red Arrows" Police are too cruel and bloodthirsty to criminals and lawbreakers. They are given the right to the death penalty at their discretion. Either at the scene of the crime, or after the verdict in the special department.
For murder, rape, assault on someone, sabotage, and other serious and moderate crimes - the death penalty is at discretion.
And for minor crimes - from one to two years in prison.
If he committed a minor crime again - a shot to the head.
"Red Arrows" hate repeat offenders, because they believe that repeat offenders are incorrigible and will never become normal - they are immediately killed.
And for trying to save a criminal, if person give the police "Red Arrows" a bribe - this person is eliminated immediately, and the money is taken away for the service of extremists.
For complicity in helping a criminal - an accomplice with a criminal is destroyed.
After the murder of a criminal, his corpse is searched for valuables and a passport. After studying all his data, the corpse and passport are sent for burning, and the data gets into the police database"
