Caesar is a rather distant individual when you first meet him. He is not much of a conversationalist and probably will just walk past you.
It is not that he is out there to hurt you in any way.
He simply is always focused on the task ahead of him, that he forgets the world and the people around him.
In fact, This boy cares a lot about others. He spend most of his time in the cold snowy mountains,
looking for those who had gotten lost or stuck in the cruel weather.
He has already saved a lot of life's from dying in the cold, and will try to save as much as he can for as long as he can.
It gets kind of lonely for Caesar thought, as very little people are able to go safely where he go's.
What many people also don't realize is that Caesar is deaf. This makes trying to save people in the harsh weather even harder, and he does get hurt himself sometimes. Mostly when he does not hear the ice crack under him and he ends up getting hurt.
