Spirits can manifest as their spirit forms, or as a human form. Human forms are very creepy and unstable. They have dead looking eyes and skin white as a ghost, no matter what skin tone they were when they died.

These resemble what they looked like when they were alive, which is why they don't tend to do it much. If a person close to them saw them like this it could scar them, literally. They get an "X" marking on their back, showing they saw the dead where they aren't supposed to be.

This "X" marks them as eligible to become a spirit when they pass away. This "x" also cuts a year off of their lifespan.

Human forms of Spirits are very dangerous and rare to see. As long as it's not someone you knew very well, you will be ok.
